Today in the U.S.A. is our annual Thanksgiving holiday, where we gorge ourselves and spend time with loved ones. It has been a tradition in my family, before we eat, to go around the table and say a thing or two about what we are thankful for. I wanted to extend that tradition here, to all of you, my comic book comrades.
I am thankful for all the readers of this blog, all of the YouTube viewers, all of the podcast listeners, and all of my followers on the various social platforms. While I could easily just send stuff out into the internetosphere because I can, it is gratifying and humbling to know that people actively take in the posts, audio, and video that I create. I am also thankful for those of you who have emailed and conversed with me over social media–I love interacting with each and every one of you.
However, it would be remiss of me to not also mention just how very, very thankful I am for all of the hard work that the writers, artists, editors, and publishers put into making the comic books and graphic novels that I read each and every month, year after year, for these last 37 years.
