Pick of the week: All of the Convergence titles so far are immensely lacking, and I’m looking forward to reading this issue of Daredevil, but I’ll go with Sensation Comics because any issue of that is usually better than most comics on the stands (sight unseen even).
Best cover: Convergence: The Adventures of Superman by Mikel Janin. The second week in a row with apes on a cover! Actually, choosing a best cover from my comics for the week was pretty slim pickings, and this is the best of them only because of all the apes and (really) the contrasting colors and placement of same (all that blue and yellow among all that brown) that captures my attention. Janin’s lovely style also helps.
