Go here for a complete list of comics releasing this week.
For Your Consideration
- AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #700.1: I almost ordered this, but Marvel had to put out 5 (!) point issues for this, plus, it’s all flashback stories featuring Peter. Still, if you’re jonesing for Peter as Spider-Man, here’s your chance.
- ARCHER & ARMSTRONG v3 tpb FAR FARAWAY: Just because it’s the best Valiant book and one of the best comics that I’m reading, period.
- BATTLESTAR GALACTICA #6: I wish now that I had ordered this issue. The premise has me hooked: what’s it like to be a crew member aboard the Galactica?
- FEARLESS DEFENDERS ends with #12.
- JUPITERS LEGACY STUDIO ED. #1: This is an interesting fad, but if you want to look at Frank Quitely’s art in black and white, here you go.
News
- CBR has finished its list of the top 100 storylines (as voted on by the readers). There are so many good stories on this list, and I believe I’ve had the privilege of reading most of them.
- Marvel’s Inhuman series will release in April instead of January.
- Finally, it’s being rumored (via Bleeding Cool) that CW is considering a live action Young Justice series. I’m not sure if I buy that (regardless of the “recently-reliable source” that Bleeding Cool cites), but it is an interesting idea to the fans of that show. Let the celebration/bemoaning by YJ fanatics begin!
