I meant to publish my most recent podcast on Monday, but that obviously didn’t happen, so here it is along with my usual list of comics coming out this week. Note that comics are out on Thursday because of the Labor Day holiday.

Longbox Review 
man, i’ve been loving Daytripper. I’m glad I picked it up on an off chance it’d be good. I pulled Choker, Greek Street, X-Force: Sex and Violence and few others this week. Haven’t read through the stack yet as I picked them up last night :)

Hi Matt! Daytripper has been enjoyable, but too long, I think. Six issues would have sufficed. I missed out on Choker, so I’ll likely get the trade.
Btw, will you be at ECCC11?

Yeah, I would agree with you on Daytripper. It could have been shorter. Have you read The Umbrella Academy? I’m considering picking it up, but not sure if it’s worth it. Choker is pretty good. Not bad for McCool’s first run. It’s a bit Warren Ellis, though.
